Lash Rx Studio is a private, appointment-only lash extension studio specializing in customized classic, wispy and volume lash sets. By booking an appointment with Lash Rx Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all studio policies. • Arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled or have their service modified. NO-SHOW POLICY: We kindly ask that you respect your reserved appointment time. Clients who have not arrived or contacted Lash Rx Studio within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show. The deposit will be forfeited, and a $50 no-show fee will apply. • This is a private, appointment-only home studio. The studio address is sent 24 hours before your appointment. • Please arrive alone. Guests and children cannot be accommodated. • Come with clean lashes free of mascara, strip lash adhesive, and eye makeup. • If booking a Foreign Fill Rx, your existing extensions will be assessed upon arrival. If they do not qualify for a fill, a removal and new full set may be recommended.Business Hours
